Solana Monkey Business topped CryptoSlam’s non-fungible token (NFT) sales charts on July 22 with total sales of $875,914.
The collection had 122 unique buyers, matching the number of sellers, while an average price of $5,308 per NFT was set.
This increase in daily sales brought the sales volume of SMEs to a new record of 212.48 million USD.
The Solana-based monkey-themed collectible broke into the top 30 of all-time best-selling NFTs over the weekend, pushing SATS BRC-20 NFTs out of the rankings.
The second highest performing collection of the day was gETH Locked Deposits.
This NFT, representing gETH locked on the Ethereum layer-2 network Arbitrum, had a daily sales volume of $583,047 from just one transfer.
The asset was minted just before the transfer was made.
In third place, NFT and virtual in-game items from DMarket on the Mythos network recorded a total of $565,002 in sales.
The collection attracted 3,254 unique buyers and 2,848 sellers, with an average price per item of $24.66. DMarket had 5,111 active owners, contributing 397,931 total owners.
Outside of the top three, Ethereum’s DogeZuki Collection came in fourth with $436,787. Another Ethereum collection, Bored Ape Yacht Club, came in fifth with total sales of $341,576.
Although the Solana collection led the day, the network’s total daily NFT sales lagged slightly behind Ethereum.
Ethereum led all blockchains with $4.2 million in sales on Monday, while Solana followed closely behind with $4.1 million in sales.
